Rooted in mindfulness, each session offers a blend of guided meditation, creative prompts, close reading, and reflective conversation, designed to open space for creative risk-taking and deeper presence on the page.
Whether you’re new to writing or looking to reinvigorate your creative practice, this course provides a supportive environment to slow down, notice more, and write from a place of aliveness and authenticity.
